WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
A pre-order means the item is not in stock yet, but is currently in production.
Shipping time: refer to product page.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
In-stock items:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Pre-orders:
Ships once items are back in stock at our warehouse. Refer to product page.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?
If your order is a pre-order, shipping confirmation will only be sent once production is completed and your item is dispatched.
Please check your order confirmation email to confirm whether your item was a pre-order.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES?
No. Every order is shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import duties and VAT are included in the price you pay at checkout, and we settle them with customs. There is nothing more to pay on delivery.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:
- The item is unused
- It is in original condition
- All tags and packaging are intact
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or we made an error.
