Shipping

We ship all in-stock orders within 3 business days (may be longer for international orders).

  • Norway: Standard delivery is 3–7 business days.
  • Europe: Typical delivery time is 3-7 business days.
  • Outside Europe: Delivery is usually 3–9+ business days.
  • Pre-Order: Product will be shipped in 3–5 weeks (excluding holidays), as your overshirt is produced in the next batch.

Delays outside our control (carrier issues, weather, force majeure) may occur. You will receive a tracking number once your package is on its way.

Please note that for international orders, import duties, VAT, and customs handling fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are not included at checkout and are collected directly by the carrier (e.g. DHL) upon import.

The customer is responsible for any such fees. We have no control over these charges, as they are determined by local customs authorities and the carrier.
Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Norwegian consumer law.

The customer covers return shipping, and the item must be returned unused and in its original condition.

We do not offer voluntary returns/exchanges beyond the 14-day withdrawal period.

If the item is defective or incorrect, your right to claim (reklamasjonsrett) applies under Norwegian consumer law.
