Shipping policy

1) Pre-orders (ships first in this policy)

What is a pre-order?
A pre-order means the item is not in stock yet and will be produced in the next batch.

Estimated dispatch window
Pre-orders are estimated to ship within 3-5 weeks (excluding holidays) from the date you place the order. This is an estimate and may change due to production timelines.

When will I get tracking?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your pre-order has been packed and handed to the carrier.

2) In-stock orders

We ship all in-stock orders within 3 business days (may be longer for international orders).

3) Delivery times (after dispatch)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier performance:

Norway: typically 2-7 business days
Europe: typically 3-7 business days
Outside Europe: typically 3-9+ business days

Delays outside our control (carrier issues, weather, force majeure) may occur.

4) Customs, VAT & import fees (international orders)

We aim to ship international orders as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) where available, meaning import charges are normally paid in advance. However, in rare cases, customs authorities or the carrier may still request fees at delivery due to local rules or processing errors. Therefore, local import VAT, duties, and customs handling fees may apply depending on your destination country. If this happens, the customer may need to pay to receive the package.

We do not control these charges, as they are determined by local customs and the carrier.

5) Tracking & delivery

Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6) Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs, and must take contact for it to be re-shipped.
