WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
A pre-order means the item is not in stock yet, but is currently in production.
Pre-orders typically ship within 3–5 weeks (excluding holidays) from the order date (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
Pre-ordering allows you to secure your piece at a cheaper price before it sells out.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
In-stock items:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Pre-orders:
Shipping begins once production is completed (normally within 3–5 weeks).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?
If your order is a pre-order, shipping confirmation will only be sent once production is completed and your item is dispatched.
Please check your order confirmation email to confirm whether your item was a pre-order.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES?
Orders shipped outside Norway may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees depending on your country. However, all orders are sent DDP.
These charges are:
- Determined by your local customs authorities
- Outside of our control
- Not included in the product price
We clearly state this in our shipping policy. We recommend checking your country’s import rules before ordering.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:
- The item is unused
- It is in original condition
- All tags and packaging are intact
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or we made an error.
