The buyer is the person who places the order in the online store.

1. Payment

We offer payment with Vipps, debit/credit card, and any other methods listed at checkout. The payment is charged when the order is confirmed.

2. Delivery

We deliver to all of Norway and parts of Europe + USA + Australia. Normal delivery time is 3–7 business days from order (within Norway). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before payment. 

Shipments are sent with Posten/Bring/DHL/other carrier. A tracking number will be provided when the package is sent.

In case of delays outside our control (e.g. carrier issues or force majeure) we reserve the right to longer delivery time.

3. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in Norway/EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the deadline. You pay the return shipping yourself, and the items must be returned in the same condition as upon receipt.

4. Returns and refunds

Beyond the right of withdrawal, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges. If the item is defective or delivered incorrectly, you still have the right to make a complaint.

5. Complaint

If there is a defect with the item, you may under the Consumer Purchase Act have the right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation of the purchase.

A complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered.
Contact us at team@wahlbergarchive.com and provide the order number as well as a description and picture of the defect.

6. Dispute resolution

If we cannot reach an agreement, you may take the case further to the Consumer Council (www.forbrukerradet.no) or possibly the Consumer Complaints Committee.

Disputes are governed by Norwegian law and handled by Norwegian courts.

7. Prices and fees

All prices in the online store are shown in the customer’s local currency where available (otherwise in NOK). For deliveries in Norway, prices include value added tax (VAT). Any shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

For deliveries outside Norway, prices are stated without Norwegian VAT. We ship international orders as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means import duties are normally included and paid by us. However, customs authorities or the carrier may in some cases require fees upon delivery (e.g. due to local regulations, system errors, or inspections). Such requirements are outside our control and must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the package.

8. Product information

We do our best to provide accurate descriptions of the products. Color and appearance may still vary slightly from images due to screen settings. We reserve the right to change or remove products without notice.

9. Intellectual property rights

All content on the website – including text, images, logos, and design – belongs to Wåhlberg Archive / Wåhlberg Archive AS and is protected under copyright law. Content may not be copied or used without written consent.

10. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. In case of significant changes, we will notify our customers in an appropriate manner.
