You are eligible for a return within 14 days of receiving your product. The item must be unused and in its original condition.

To start a return, please fill out the form below. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will send you a prepaid return label by email.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. If you use our prepaid return label, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund:

• Norway: 99 NOK
  
• Outside Norway: 30 EUR
  

For faulty items or incorrect orders, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For international returns, customs documentation may be required. Please make sure the shipment is clearly marked as a “return” to avoid additional duties or delays.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible.
