Ekstremt god kundeservice! Fikk ved ett uhell feil farge enn det jeg bestilte, så tok jeg kontakt med kundeservice som ordnet opp i det på null komma niks! Jakken var selvsagt veldig fin den også, men det kom ikke som noe sjokk.
Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with this clothing brand. I have tried to contact them multiple times through their available contact channels, but I have received absolutely no response.
I find it very frustrating and unprofessional that, despite making several attempts to get in touch, my messages have been completely ignored. Good customer service should include being responsive and available when customers have questions or concerns.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this brand. The lack of communication has left a very negative impression.

I ordered a blue overshirt, but unfortunately it did not fit. I returned the item at my own expense and followed all return instructions. According to DHL tracking, the parcel has been available for collection for quite some time, yet the company has still not collected it.
As a result, my refund has been delayed through no fault of my own. I have paid for the return shipping, fulfilled my obligations as a customer, and am still waiting for the issue to be resolved.
Customer service has not provided a satisfactory solution, and it is frustrating that a simple return and refund process has become so complicated.
I hope Wåhlberg Archive improves its handling of returns and communication with customers in the future. Until this matter is resolved and my refund is issued, I cannot recommend shopping here.
Bought one of their blue overshirt. Amazing fit and nice color. Nice material. Got a personal thank you note in the parcel with my name on it. Good service!
Ups had trouble delivering my package and I was starting to worry about whether i get the overshirt or not. To my surprise the customer support went above and beyond to make sure that I get it. The quality can’t be compared to any competing company, and I’m sure the customer support can’t be either. It’s a hefty price but it’s all worth it.
Very nice! Looks exactly like pictures and quality feels great. Lenght wise it’s also perfect. Only a little tight around the waist and arms (1m83, 65kg and ordered size M). Would still recommend!
