Delays outside our control (carrier issues, weather, force majeure) may occur. You will receive a tracking number once your package is on its way.

All orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import duties and VAT are included in the price and paid by us. There is nothing to pay on delivery.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Norwegian consumer law.

The customer covers return shipping, and the item must be returned unused and in its original condition.

We do not offer voluntary returns/exchanges beyond the 14-day withdrawal period.

If the item is defective or incorrect, your right to claim (reklamasjonsrett) applies under Norwegian consumer law.
